Privacy statement

Version 1.0 · effective October 26, 2026 · applies to cohostline.com and the Cohostline service.

Who we are

WYS Works B.V., trading as Cohostline, Lichttoren 32, 5611 BJ Eindhoven, the Netherlands, Netherlands Chamber of Commerce no. 42166997, is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this statement. Contact: [email protected].

What data we use and why

Ordering and paying. You pay via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited), which processes your payment and contact details. Stripe gives us your name, email address, the amount, your company name, your EIN (US business tax ID), your billing address and what you enter under "How did you hear about us?" (if that field is shown). We use these details to carry out and invoice your order (performance of the contract). We keep order and invoice records for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it, and our emails about an order for 2 years after the start.

Source code. If you arrive through a link carrying one of our codes (for example "t1-co-hosting-vs-google" and "k1"), the page passes that code on to Stripe, so that it is stored with your payment. We only put channel and campaign names in these codes, never names or search terms. We only use the code to learn which channel works (legitimate interest).

Counting. We count anonymously how often the order button is clicked (only a number per day, without IP address or cookie).

Analytics and ad measurement (only with your consent). A banner asks whether we may measure. Without your consent we load no scripts from Google or LinkedIn and set no cookies. If you consent to analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure how the page is used. If you consent to marketing, we use Google Ads conversion measurement (Google Ireland Ltd.), Microsoft Advertising conversion tracking (UET, Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) to measure which ad led to a visit or order. The legal basis is your consent. We store your choice for 12 months in your browser's storage (not a cookie); you can change or withdraw it via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page. Google and LinkedIn are part of American companies and may process data in the United States.

Recipients. Stripe (payments), Hospitable (for clients, to answer their guests), Cloudflare (hosting, forms and counting), Google (email via Google Workspace and, with your consent, Analytics), LinkedIn (with your consent) and Anthropic (software we use to process messages and orders). These companies are American or part of an American company and may process data in the United States. Their own privacy statements explain which safeguards they use for this.

Questions and guest data

If you email or call us, we use your name, email address, company name, phone number and message to answer you (legitimate interest, or taking steps before a contract). For clients we process the names, messages and reservation details of their guests on the client's instructions, as described in clause 5 of our terms. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, for restriction or a copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email [email protected]; we answer within one month. If we cannot resolve it together, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
