What you get

  • Guest messages answered for you

    We reply to your Airbnb and Vrbo guests before, during and after their stay, in the language they write in, following your house rules.

  • A rating request after every stay

    After checkout each guest gets a thank-you and a request to rate their stay, inside the booking platform's own messages.

  • Flat price, no cut of your revenue

    $49 per listing per month, whatever you earn. Cancel any month. We never handle keys, cleaning, damage, pricing or guest payments.

How it works

  1. You order and pay

    By card via Stripe. You get a receipt by email straight away.

  2. Your order confirmation

    Within 1 working day we email you from [email protected] the order confirmation with the start date and our terms. You invite us as a team member with full access in Hospitable (never your password), share your house rules and name a local contact for anything on site.

  3. We start by November 23

    We start on the date we confirm by email. From then on we answer your guests every day and ask each one to rate their stay after checkout. If we cannot manage that, you get your money back.

Money back: how it works

  1. Not on time. If we have not started by Monday, November 23, 2026, we tell you straight away by email and you choose: the full amount back, or a new date. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we refund you anyway, even if you do not ask; in any case within 14 days of the missed date. If we also miss the new date, we refund you after all.
  2. Changed your mind before we start? If we have not started yet and you want your first month back, email [email protected] within 30 days of payment, with the name or email address you paid with. We refund what you paid within 14 days.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. These terms are given by WYS Works B.V., Lichttoren 32, 5611 BJ Eindhoven, the Netherlands. They are also in our terms and come on top of your rights under the law that applies to our agreement.

Who is behind this

Cohostline is a service of WYS Works B.V., a company based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Every host gets a start date confirmed by email, and the first month is fully refundable until we start.

When do you start?

How do I get my money back?

Before we start: email [email protected] within 30 days of payment and we refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with. See Money back.

What does it cost exactly?

$49 per listing per month. You pay the first month when you reserve, for 1 to 10 listings. There are no other costs, and we currently charge no sales tax. If that changes, we tell you before you pay.

Which software do I need? Do you need my password?

You need Hospitable (any plan except Essentials). You invite us as a team member with full access, which Hospitable requires to connect us. We use it only to read and answer guest messages, we never ask for your password or an API key, and you can remove us at any time. On other software? Email us before you pay.

What if something breaks or a guest is locked out?

We do not handle anything on site. We pass it straight to the local contact you name at the start, and let the guest know it has been passed on.
